Terms of Service

Welcome to blueprintRACE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the blueprintRACE mobile application, the live crew tracking website at blueprintrace.com, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Structured Works LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use blueprintRACE. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• One person, one account — accounts may not be shared

3. Health, Fitness & Safety Disclaimer

• You assume all risk associated with running, training, and obstacle course racing
• The training plans and metrics provided are general guidance, not personalized medical advice
• Heart rate zones, pace targets, and recovery recommendations are estimates and may not be appropriate for every individual
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptoms
• Use common sense — do not run in unsafe conditions, follow traffic laws, and stay aware of your surroundings
• Do not rely on GPS tracking or live location features for emergency purposes

4. Subscription and Payments

blueprintRACE may offer paid subscription plans through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. If you subscribe:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID per Apple’s standard terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
• A free trial period (if offered) converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Upload malicious content, false race results, or harassing content to community features
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Violate the privacy or rights of other users
• Use live tracking features to surveil or harass others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. User-Generated Content

If you post content (race notes, photos, comments, custom workouts, obstacle ratings):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content as needed to operate the Service
• You are solely responsible for the content you post
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

7. Intellectual Property

The blueprintRACE name, logo, App design, code, training plans, and all related content are the property of Structured Works LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Integrations

blueprintRACE integrates with Apple HealthKit, Apple iCloud (CloudKit), Sign in with Apple, Firebase, and Strava. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any portion of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing feedback@structuredworks.app or using the in-app delete option. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that GPS, heart rate, or other metrics will be 100% accurate.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRUCTURED WORKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Structured Works LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
